We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Project Monitor/Industrial Hygienist to help support a
wide range of asbestos management and industrial hygiene services including:
- Managing field work at a variety of project sites
- Collecting and organizing field documentation
- Ability to follow work plans and drawings
- Applying environmental laws and regulations
- Possible sampling and testing of suspect materials
- Client, contractor and team communication
- Assistance with report preparation
Ideal qualified candidates have:
- Two years field work relating to industrial hygiene services, indoor air quality, and
hazardous building materials - Active Massachusetts asbestos project monitor license and 40-Hour HAZWOPER
certification - A valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team
- Additional certifications/licenses for other states or services, including indoor air quality, mold, lead-based paint and other environmental services a plus

- Comprehensive Building inspections, including asbestos, lead, mold, PCBs, etc.
- Sampling and testing of suspect materials
- Report preparation
- Client, contractor and team communication
- Learning to develop removal/abatement strategies
- Learning to prepare Operations and Maintenance programs
- Development of leadership skills
Ideal qualified candidates have:
- A minimum of three years of field experience
- Active asbestos-related licenses and 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and computer proficiency
- Adaptability to work independently or as part of a larger team
- Additional certifications/licenses for other states or services, including indoor air quality, mold, lead-based paint and other environmental services a plus

- Preparation of Operations and Maintenance programs
- Abatement cost estimating
- Abatement Specification and Bid document development
- Managing and developing junior staff
Ideal qualified candidates have:
- Three years of project management experience relating to industrial hygiene services, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials
- Active asbestos-related licenses and 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team
- Additional certifications/licenses for other states or services, including indoor air quality, mold, lead-based paint and other environmental services a plus

- Using available technology for scheduling purposes
- Equipment inventory and repair management
- Company and individual licensing submission and compliance
- Interfacing with Project Managers
- Management of the PAT Rounds, QA/QC Program, and Round Robin
- Assist with Company directives as needed
Ideal qualified candidates have:
- Two plus years’ operations experience in addition to practical field experience in the
environmental industry - Active asbestos-related licenses and 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
