Industrial Hygienist / Asbestos Consultant – Entry Level
We currently have an opening for an entry-level Industrial Hygienist with 0-1 years of practical experience in the environmental field. This position is entry level and AXIOM will train the right individual(s).
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good communication skills and attention to detail;
- Have the ability to learn and apply environmental laws and regulations;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel; and
- Capable of working independently.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing field work at a variety of project sites
- Collecting and organizing field documentation
- Assisting with preparation of reports
Industrial Hygienist / Asbestos Consultant
We currently have an opening for an experienced Industrial Hygienist with 1-3 years of practical experience, preferably with some asbestos consulting background.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be familiar with basic Industrial Hygiene sampling protocols;
- Be familiar with OSHA and NIOSH sampling methods;
- Have a good understanding of OSHA PEL’s and ACGIH TLV’s;
- Experienced working with client employees in preparing and executing sampling events;
- Able to collect and organize field documentation;
- Have good communication skills and attention to detail;
- Have a working knowledge of asbestos sampling;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel; and
- Capable of working independently.
Responsibilities will include:

Project Manager – Building Sciences
Axiom Partners, Inc. currently has an opening for an Industrial Hygiene professional with 5 to 10 years experience in the building-related hazardous materials consulting field.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be familiar with Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire Environmental Regulations;
- Experienced coordinating subcontractors and junior staff in conducting field investigations;
- Experienced writing technical reports;
- Experienced conducting Building Surveys for hazardous materials;
- Have good communication skills and attention to detail;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel;
- Have good problem-solving skills and present valid conclusions; and
- Capable of working independently.
Asbestos Inspector license(s) desired.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing and developing junior staff
- Preparing proposals
- Managing projects
- Preparing and finalizing deliverables (reports, work plans, specifications, etc.)
- Assisting with Business Development
- Conducting field work, if/when needed
Environmental Consultant – Project Manager
Axiom Partners, Inc. currently has an opening for an Environmental Professional with 5 to 10 years experience in the environmental consulting field.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be familiar with Massachusetts and New Hampshire Environmental Regulations;
- Experienced coordinating subcontractors and junior staff in conducting field investigations, site remediation projects, etc.;
- Experienced writing technical reports;
- Experienced conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM e 1527-13;
- Have good communication skills and attention to detail;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel;
- Have good problem-solving skills and present valid conclusions; and
- Capable of working independently.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing and developing junior staff
- Preparing proposals
- Managing projects
- Preparing and finalizing deliverables (MCP reports, Phase I ESAs, etc.)
- Assisting with Business Development
- Conducting field work, if/when needed
